This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information collected by SMG through any other means. CHILDREN. The Site is not designed or intended for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. TYPES OF INFORMATION THAT SMG COLLECTS Personally Identifiable Information. “Personally Identifiable Information” is information that can be used to identify or contact you. This Site will not collect Personally Identifiable Information unless you voluntarily submit or email such information. In certain instances, this Site may request and collect certain Personally Identifiable Information such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address, gender, birth date, payment method and movie preferences through various means, such as Site registration, surveys, sweepstakes, promotions, games, questions, comments and communications to the Site, and postings to blogs, message boards, and ratings and review areas, if any. For online orders, this Site will request contact information (including name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number).
